Since our reports are digital and instantly delivered, refunds are generally not available once the report has been generated and provided to the customer.
If the report has already been generated, refunds are not possible. However, you can contact our support team, and we may offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
We rely on official sources for all data. If a report contains incomplete records, it does not qualify for a refund, as the issue may be due to unavailable public data.
In case of a technical error where the report is not delivered, we will either resend the report or issue a full refund.
