Refund Policy

1. What is AutosCheckReport’s refund policy?

Our reports are delivered digitally and instantly. Because of this, refunds are generally not available once a report has been generated and delivered.
However, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

2. When am I eligible for a refund?

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

You purchased the wrong report by mistake and have not viewed or downloaded it.

Your report contains missing or incomplete data due to a technical issue on our side.

You did not receive your report because of a system or email delivery error.

3. How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase at
support@autoscheckreport.com

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Our team will review your case and, if eligible, process your refund through Paddle, our payment partner.

4. How long does the refund process take?

Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment method, but most refunds are completed within 3–7 business days.
